Our Executive Course will be set up each weekend with a special set of Family tee markers and easy pin placements in
order to provide the perfect setting for your family to enjoy the game of golf together.
Recreation is an important part of a well-rounded lifestyle. Realizing the positive benefits that the game of golf can provide to both
children and adults by playing together and developing a comfortable level of proficiency in the game can result in the enjoyment of golf as a lifetime sport.
Stengthen Family Bonds
Time is precious in today’s lifestyle and what better way to spend quality time together as a family than on a beautiful golf course
facing the challenges of the game with one another.
Walk Through Nature
The game of golf and the golf course itself provide a unique opportunity to connect with Mother Nature on a regular basis.
Develop Life Skills
Teamwork, dedication, skill, and cooperation are just some of the qualities that the game of golf can help develop.

Safety and Ettiquette
Non-players, walk-alongs, or ride-alongs are not permitted on the golf course at anytime.
Any person operating a golf car must be a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Please replace divots, repair ball marks, and rake sand bunkers.
Always stand a safe distance behind any person swinging.
Play READY GOLF by limiting practice swings, ball searches to no more than five minutes, and allowing faster groups to play through.
Safety is always first. Before the round, acquaint your children with the various ways they can get hurt on the course or at the driving range. Some basic points to cover…
Swings. Be sure to stand clear and well behind anyone making a practice swing or striking a golf ball.
Golf Cars. Children are not permitted to operate golf cars.
Weather. If severe weather threatens, return to the Clubhouse immediately
Warm-up in advance of your round. Arrive early for your family’s tee time in order to provide everyone adequate time to be ready to
play their best. A small bucket of balls at the driving range and some time putting and chipping on the practice green will help everyone to
have a feel for the game once they begin play on the course.
Walking is best for family golf. Playing the game on foot keeps the group moving forward on the hole and
enables parents to adequately help their children as they go. If you do elect to rent a golf car, be aware that
children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate golf cars.
Play from the same tee markers. We have provided a set of Family Tee Markers that provide a course that
plays at 1,500 yards. Playing together from the Family Tees will provide safety, efficiency, and togetherness.
Play Winter Rules. Allow all players in your family group to place the ball in a preferred lie from tee to
green. This will help all players to make solid contact with the ball and help to keep play moving.
Double Par Limit. In order to keep play moving and help minimize frustration, we recommend a limit of 6 strokes on a
par three hole and 8 strokes on a par four hole.
Helping your children during the round. It is best to simply keep play moving forward on each hole. Don’t try to
instruct technique during the course of a round.
Keep advice simple. For full shots, emphasize good eye focus on the ball and a smooth “swing” rather
than a “hit”. Around the green, again emphasize good eye focus and striking the putt or chip the correct distance.
Following play. After the round don’t forget to discuss how everyone played. In each round of golf
there are lessons to be learned. Congratulate players for the parts of the game that worked and develop a plan to improve the parts that need practice.
Teach the Three P’s of Golf. Patience, Perseverance, and Practice.
