18 Hole Men's Patron Two Man Team Match Play Championship

EVENT FORMAT
ELIGIBILITY: All Team Match Play Championship contestants must be current patron card holders. Entry preference based on the following order:
1. Resident card holders.
2. Non-Resident card holders.
COMPETITION: This year's Team Match Play Championship will be comprised of a 16 Team match play bracket.
A total of four matches over the four (4) month season from May through August will determine the ultimate
team match play champion and runner-up. In addition, a consolation bracket of matches will be conducted on the
same timeframe to determine both a team consolation champion and runner-up.
Bye matches within the first round will be determined by numerical draw (entry order). Matches will be conducted in the following timeframe:

| June 30th | Round Two (2) of team championship bracket matches.
Round One (1) of team consolation bracket matches. |
| July 31st | Round Three (3) of team championship bracket matches.
Round Two (2) of team consolation bracket matches. |
| August 31st | Team Championship Match of championship bracket.
Team Consolation Championship Match of cons. bracket. |
All players must have a current U.S.G.A. handicap. The format of play will be team best ball match play based on net scores.
The lowest individual net score for each team will be used to determine the hole winner.
Players are responsible for communicating with their opponents to arrange match times and an
agreed upon tee time. All matches must be played by the dates shown above or they will be forfeited.
ENTRY FEES AND FORMS Team Entry Fee (for Prize System): $ 60
All contestants will pay the eighteen hole patron green fee prior to each match.
All patron card holders interested in playing in the Match Play Championship must fill out an entry form and return it to the Inver Wood Golf Shop.
